WEDDINGS
Having a wedding and want to cover every base? This is the best option for you.
Together we will create your dream wedding ceremony, sharing the anecdotes you choose and setting the tone for your special day.
I only book ONE wedding per day so you can be rest assured you will have my undivided attention.
This package includes:
- Exclusive use of your chosen date.
- Access to Wed By Fi’s resource kit for vow writing and much more.
- use of my PA system so all your guests can hear every word of your ceremony with ease.
- Working together on your script so it hits the right notes and keeps everyone happy (looking at your Nana!) so you feel happy and confident going into your bespoke ceremony.
- Assistance with your marriage licence application
- A Wed By Fi keepsake folder, which includes your personalised ceremony script presented on a beautiful design, and is perfect for keeping your Particulars of Marriage, your vows, and any other treasured wedding keepsakes.
- Travel within a 25km radius of Wanaka CBD included

+ Travel fee to Queenstown: $200 (round trip)
+ Queenstown based rehearsal : $250 (includes travel)
+ Hire my Samson PA system for speeches later in the evening (Wanaka weddings only) - $250

ELOPEMENTS
This option is best suited to couples who are eloping or have a handful of guests. I will create a bespoke ceremony that captures your love story and hopes for your future together.
I only book ONE wedding per day so you can be rest assured you will have my undivided attention.
This package includes:
- Exclusive use of your chosen date (which has proved really helpful when negotiating weather and having flexible timing for helicopters)
- Access to Wed By Fi’s resource kit for vow writing and much more.
- As much correspondence leading up to your special day, so that you feel happy and confident going into your bespoke ceremony.
- Assistance with your marriage licence application
- A Wed By Fi keepsake folder, which includes your personalised ceremony script presented on a beautiful design, and is perfect for keeping your Particulars of Marriage, your vows, and any other treasured wedding keepsakes.
- Travel within a 25km radius of Wanaka CBD included

Optional extras:+ Travel fee to Queenstown: $200
+ Travel fee to Tekapo/Mt Cook: $500
+ Reserve an additional date exclusively for flexibility in case of weather : $250

TIED IN TEN
Just want to be married, and don’t want or need the personalisation? No worries, I can have you Tied In Ten (minutes), so that you lovebirds can set off into married life as quickly as possible.
We’ll go through the legals, but you’ll have a Wed By Fi twist to your ceremony
This package includes:
- Access to Wed By Fi’s resource kit so you can still write beautiful and personalised vows
- Assistance with your marriage licence application
$600
Optional extras:
+ $150 travel fee if you’d like this service somewhere other than the Wanaka township area - e.g. heli-elopement to a mountaintop or further afield.
Available weekdays. Limited to ceremonies with less than 6 guests.
On the day coordination & MC
Need someone on your side to get the admin done in the background? I’m your gal. We’ll go over your runsheet, I’ll coordinate with your chosen vendors and keep everything running in the background.

The full package: On the day coordination + MC + bespoke wedding ceremony + rehearsal: $2,950
On the day coordination + MC: $2000 (i.e. not your celebrant)
On the day coordination only: $1500
MC Only: $1000
What's included
Pre-wedding planning call to talk through your plans, priorities and how you want the day to run
Creation and/or refinement of the final wedding day run sheet
Supplier coordination on the day - I’ll be the main point of contact so they’re not bothering you
Venue coordination and communication with the venue team
Keeping the day running to time while allowing for the inevitable little changes
Coordinating the people need to be somewhere or something needs to happen
Managing transitions between ceremony, photographs, drinks, dinner and reception
Troubleshooting on the day… because something will inevitably come up
Being the person your vendors can come to … with questions, rather than interrupting you
Keeping an eye on the little things that can easily be forgotten when everyone is busy celebrating
A calm, experienced person on the ground whose sole job is to make sure your plans come together
On-the-day coordination & MC from 2 hours before the ceremony until first dance
What isn't included?
This is not full wedding planning. You’re still responsible for booking your suppliers, making your design and planning decisions and organising the details beforehand.
My job is to take everything you've planned and make it happen on the day.
