On the day coordination + MC

Your wedding day, without the admin

My wedding MC and On the Day Coordination service combines the two things that go hand in hand: keeping the logistics under control and keeping the reception moving.

I’m there for the behind the scenes stuff through to the microphone, making sure your plans come together, your suppliers know what’s happening, your guests know where they need to be and, most importantly, you get to enjoy your wedding.

Transparent pricing

  • On the day coordination + MC: $2000 (i.e. not your celebrant)

  • On the day coordination only: $1500

  • MC Only: $1000

  • The full package: On the day coordination + MC + bespoke wedding ceremony + rehearsal: $2,950

Think of me as the person who has the plan, knows the plan and is responsible for making the plan happen.

Before your wedding, we'll go through the details together so I understand exactly what you've organised, what matters to you and how you want the day to flow. Then, when the big day arrives, I take over.

I'll liaise with your suppliers, keep an eye on timings, coordinate the moving parts, cue the important moments and deal with the little things that inevitably pop up. And when it's time to pick up the microphone, I'll move seamlessly into my MC role.

One person. One point of contact. One less thing for you to think about.

Before the wedding we’ll:

  • Make sure I'm properly across your plans before the day arrives.

  • Pre-wedding planning and coordination call

  • Review / edit / refine your wedding timeline and run sheet

  • Review of your supplier list and key contacts

  • Understand the important details, formalities and timings

  • Discussion around your priorities and anything you particularly want me to keep an eye on

  • Finalising the wedding day run sheet

On the wedding day

I'll be your main point of contact for the day, so your suppliers, bridal party and guests aren't coming to you with questions. I'll:

  • Liaise with your venue and suppliers

  • Keep the wedding day running to time

  • Coordinate the movement between different parts of the day

  • Cue the bridal party and family when they're needed

  • Make sure suppliers know where they need to be and when

  • Keep an eye on the little details you've carefully planned

  • Manage changes and unexpected hiccups

  • Coordinate speeches and other formalities

  • Help keep the day relaxed and flowing

  • Troubleshoot anything that needs sorting behind the scenes

  • Make sure you actually get to sit down and eat your dinner

  • Essentially, you get married. I worry about the rest.

Let your guests, be guests

You could ask a friend or family member to MC. You could ask your maid of honour to keep an eye on the timeline. You could ask your dad to liaise with the caterer. You could have your best man find the photographer when it's time for speeches. But then you've given your favourite people jobs.

They should be drinking champagne, catching up with old friends, crying through the speeches and dancing badly on the dance floor.

Not checking the clock. Not chasing suppliers. Not wondering where everyone is. With me there, your guests get to simply be guests. And you get to be the couple.

I want you to wake up on your wedding day and know that someone has it covered.

Someone is watching the time. Someone is talking to the suppliers. Someone knows what's happening next. Someone is looking out for you. And if something doesn't go exactly to plan?

I'll deal with it.

Because weddings are live events. Things happen. Timelines move. Weather changes. Someone forgets something. You don't need to know about every little thing that happens behind the scenes.

You just need to know that someone capable is on your side.
